He likes to play as a striker and has a lot of pace, which he can display best in the role of a right-sided attacking midfielder, however, can be equally as good on the left-side too. Up until recently, Francis Green was on loan at Lincoln's county rivals Boston United after a lack of first team opportunities at Lincoln during the beginning of the 2005/06 campaign, however was recalled due to plans to feature him in the first team once more.
