Frank "Dasher" Abbandando (1910 – February 19, 1942) was a New York City gangster and Mafia hitman. He was cousins to Lawrence and Rocco Abbandando, both mob associates. In his lifetime he conceived one child, Frank Abbandando Jr. a.k.a. "Frankie Fingers", 1936- 1996 born out of wedlock with a hairdresser only known as "Connie" from Ocean Hill, Brooklyn. His son was murdered by a distant relative of capo Dominick Napolitano. Abbandando Sr. himself an avid sportsman and fan of baseball played with Frank Jr. when he wasn't out murdering, or molesting girls. Frank Sr. was only nine years old when his father was executed on the electric chair.
