Frank Carroll is an American figure skating coach. His former students include Linda Fratianne, Christopher Bowman, Michelle Kwan, Tiffany Chin and Timothy Goebel. His students have often left him on unfriendly terms. Michelle Kwan fired him before the 2002 Olympics. He fired Tim Goebel in 2004 and split with Tiffany Chin after having disagreements with her mom. He is currently coaching Evan Lysacek, and Beatrisa Liang. He is based at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo, California.
