William Franklin Mitchell is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly, USA, representing the state's ninety-sixth House district, including constituents in Iredell county. A farmer and machine shop owner from Olin, North Carolina, Mitchell is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his sixth term in the state House.
Frank Mitchell was also one of the three known murder victims of the Krays.
Mitchell obtained employment to drive loose stock to their destination, for which he was to receive his board.
Mitchell, having acquired a general acquaintance with the personnel of the pioneers throughout the territory, had no difficulty in obtaining their patronage and formed a partnership with the aforesaid Mr.

FrankMitchell (born 13 August 1872 in Market Weighton, Yorkshire, England; died 11 October 1935 in Blackheath, London, England) was a cricketer.
Mitchell was schooled at St Peter's School in York and captained the school side for two years before moving to Brighton, where he took up employment as a schoolmaster for another two years.
Mitchell's first-class cricket career was then at a hiatus, until he returned to captain South Africa in a disastrous campaign in the 1912 Triangular Tournament in England.
