Frank Townsend Bow was a noted Ohiojurist and politician who served as as a RepublicanCongressman in the United States House of Representatives from January 3, 1951 until his death on November 13, 1972. He was born Canton, Stark County, Ohio, February 20, 1901. He attended school at Ohio Northern University and Columbia University.
