Franv Voves (born February, 28th 1953 in Graz, Styria) is an Austrian politician of the SPÖ and a former player in the Austrian national ice hockey national team. Political career Since 1995, Voves has been a member of the board of the SPÖ in Styria. On the 2nd of March 2002, he became president of the SPÖ Styria and on the 12th of March he became vice-governor of Styria.
