Frederick Francis Houser served as the Republican Lieutenant Governors of California under governor Earl Warren between 1943 and 1947. He had some attempts at running for other offices including 1932 for 12th district House of Representatives (ran against John Henry Hoeppeland but lost 43.2% to 45.8%) 1944 Senate. Houser was also a Superior Court judge. Prior to this, he served on the California State Legislator 1931-33. This a List of Lieutenant Governors of the State of California, 1850-present. ...
