Freestyle is a radio program on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's Radio One. It airs weekdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM in Toronto and Winnipeg) and is hosted by Kelly Ryan and Cameron Phillips. Freestyle combines contemporary music with generally irreverent stories from Canada and the rest of the world. It first aired on November 7, 2005, replacing The Roundup. Criticisms

Freestyle has drawn criticism as it follows a format more common to commercial radio and is a vast departure from other CBC Radio One programs. The music choices can be somewhat random, and the host banter is seen by some critics as awkward and inane.
