Two teams, comprised of three celebrities and one chosen contestant each (dubbed the "celeb-to-be"), compete and test their skills in a series of games and challenges. Each game has a different set of rules and a difficulty rating. The "celeb-to-be" was chosen out of hundreds of hopefuls at Dreamworld, eliminating hopefuls through challenges until a final challenge on the Friday Night Games set. Some challenges were making them hold on to a balloon whilst riding "Wipeout", or hold a piece of paper above their head whist riding on "Tower Of Terror" without ripping it. Each episode is pre-recorded in front of a live audience of 300 people at Dreamworld’s specially-built games arena and aired on Friday nights.
