Friedel Rausch (* February 27, 1940) is a Germanyfootball manager and former player. He moved from Meidericher SV (now MSV Duisburg) to Schalke where he stayed until 1971 playing as a defender. After his retirement he became manager starting at his former club Schalke. After being sacked he started his first of two tenures for Frankfurt where he won the UEFA Cup for the Main side in 1980.After this success he had several stints in Germany, Turkey and Switzerland.
