Frisco and Felicia met in the 1980s, when Frisco discovered a boy breaking into his apartment in search of an Aztec ring. Imagine Frisco's surprise when he pulled off the boy's cap and discovered that the boy was in fact a very pretty girl. Felicia revealed that she was descended from a line of Aztec royalty and that she was searching for her family's treasure. Frisco agreed to help. Later on, the two fell in love and Frisco helped Felicia search for the treasure. In 1986, Felicia and Frisco were married. However, Frisco was sent on an assignment for the WSB, a spy organisation. It was then reported he was killed in the line of duty.

Felicia moved on with Colton Shore (Scott Thompson Baker) and married him, only to have Frisco return on her wedding day. After wondering who she should be with, Felicia left town and ended up with amnesia. Felicia and Frisco divorced once again when Frisco decided to join up with the WSB again. Felicia got involved with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and was making plans to marry him in 1994 (their first attempt at a wedding having already been disrupted by a psycho obsessed with Felicia), when Maxie came down with heart problems, requiring a transplant. Mac searched for Frisco to inform him that his daughter was seriously ill, eventually finding him and bringing him back to Port Charles. Maxie later received a heart from her cousin B.J. who had died in a school bus accident. In the aftermath, Felicia and Frisco discovered their old feelings for one another and Felicia broke off her engagement with Mac. Unfortunately, Felicia and Frisco's reconciliation was shortlived as Frisco once again left to go to the WSB. Felicia later learned she was pregnant with Frisco's child and gave birth to Georgie Jones in 1995. Frisco briefly visited his second daughter, but since then has remained largely out of his daughters' lives. Georgie and Maxie were raised by Mac and refer to him as their father. They don't refer to Frisco that often and when they do they call him "my real dad". Mac Scorpio, born Malcolm Scorpio, is a fictional character on the American soap opera General Hospital. ...
