 | GDM and its representatives are in compliance with the current filing requirements imposed upon SEC registered investment advisers by those states in which GDM maintains clients. |
| GDM may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration requirements. |
| Any subsequent, direct communication by GDM with a prospective client shall be conducted by a representative that is either registered or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration in the state where the prospective client resides. |

| When GDM is ready to manage a display an ACCEPT packet is sent to it containing a unique session id which will be used in future XDMCP conversations. |
| GDM will then place the session id in the pending queue waiting for the display to respond with a MANAGE request. |
| The gdm daemon doesn't enforce the numbers to be in order or for them to be "packed". |
