Willard Gordon Galen Weston, OC, OOnt, (born October 29, 1940) is a Canadian businessman and descendant of George Weston of the George Weston Bakeries Limited. Galen is the son of Willard Garfield Weston and grandson of the founder George Weston. Brother Garfield Howard (Garry) Weston was in charge of the UK operations and died in 2002. Garry's sons George G. Weston is deputy chair of ABF and Guy Weston is chair of Weston UK. Galen Weston is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.
