Description

Gaomon first appears in episode three of Digimon Data Squad. He and his partner Tohma had arrived in Japan as a bunch of DemiMeramon where being found in the country. Gaomon is a very calm and quiet, in his first appearance, his only dialogue consisted of answering "Yes master!" (in English) to Tohma's orders.[1] He was given more dialogue in later episodes. MachGaogamon is Gaomon's Ultimate form. Gaomon first achieves this form in episode 15 of Digimon Data Squad. In this episode, Thomas was one of the humans who had been captured by MetalPhantomon. MetalPhantomon put them under a nightmare spell - causing Thomas to relive the day of his mother's death. However, Thomas was able to break free of the spell, which awakened his Digi-Soul and allowed his partner Gaomon to Digivolve into his ultimate form.
