Personality

Genra, despite his overlying loyalty for the Tenjinmon ninja clan, is at his core an honorable person. When he noticed that Ayane was introverted and looked down upon, he felt sorry for her and took her in. This resulted in a father/daughter bond between him and Ayane, a kind of parental relationship Ayane had never felt before. In his Omega form, however, he seems to know little more than death and destruction, going as so far to became a sadist, immune to other's pain.

Gameplay

Genra is a non-playable character, and for good reason. His powerful long-range priority attacks are his greatest strength, keeping the player in a defensive position and unable to attack. He also features a shockwave attack that activates whenever knocked down. However, for all of his long range efficiency, Omega has a poor melee game. His throws feature a low damage ratio and his attacks have a noticeable wind-up time frame and can be blocked normally. Omega also has an obvious pattern that can be memorized with experience. Also unlike other fighting games, Omega is fought at a obscure camera angle which makes anticipating attacks slightly more difficult.
