The Geography Cup is an online, international competition taking place between 12 November and 31 December2006.[1] It was created by geography enthusiasts from America and Britain. The competition was created to determine whether Americans or Britons know more about world geography. Any citizen of the USA or the UK is eligible to participate.[2] The quiz consists of 13 random, geography related questions that must be answered in a total of 2 minutes. The first 10 questions consist of placing randomly selected countries onto a blank political map.
