The Right Honourable George Foulkes (born 21 January 1942) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Labour and Co-operative member of Parliament for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley. He was first elected in 1979, and on January 18, 2004, announced that he would not stand at the next general election. He is a member of the Privy Council.
