Getreidegasse is a busy shopping street in the Old Town section of Salzburg. The house at no. 9 Getreidegasse is where the famed Wolfgang Mozart was born and lived until he was 17. Originalled called Trabegasse (derived fronm Traben - to trot) its name was changed several timed to create the odd Cereal Street (that's what Getreidegasse means).
