The single was released in 2004 and gave him large successes already, reaching top 10 in both the U.S. and the UK, but he was to enjoy even more success with the follow-up song "Lonely".
The song recounts Akon's own trouble's with the law, only instead of car theft, the protaginist is a drug dealer.
A remix of the song (featuring the rapper Styles P) also exists on the single and the album.
