"Give Way" aka "Yield" sign.

In road transport, a yield (American English) or give way (Commonwealth English) traffic sign indicates that a driver of a vehicle must slow down and prepare to stop if necessary (usually while merging into traffic on another road) but does not need to stop if there is no reason to. A driver who has actually stopped in this situation is said to have yielded the right-of-way to through traffic on the main road. In contrast, a stop sign always requires a full stop. CATHOLIC ENCYCLOPEDIA: State Or Way (Purgative, Illuminative, Unitive) (3749 words)
These states are also designated "ways", because they are the ways of God by which souls are guided on the road to heaven according to the words of the Psalmist: "He hath made His ways known to Moses: His wills to the children of Israel" (Psalm 102:7).
Purity of soul may be said to be the proper end of the purgative way, and the forms of prayer suitable for this way or state are meditations on sin and its consequences, and on death, judgment, hell, and heaven.
Again, in each of them the soul gives itself to God to live in Him and for Him the supernatural life which He imparts to it, and this amy be said to be the commencement of the unitive way.
Signs In The Heavens - Part Two-Witness of the Stars (11238 words)
The most unusual cosmic sign was the "star was shaped like a sword." Naturally this was interpreted as a sign of war with the Romans, and the eventual defeat of the Jewish revolt.
Due to the corruption of astronomy that was birthed by astrology, the true understanding of the signs in the heavens was lost and the myth-seekers and starĀgazers took the symbols of the twelve constellations and began applying them to the personal, daily lives of people.
Cosmic signs are only one part of the evidence that indicates we are in the time of the end, but they are ever increasing in scope and intensity and are worth our attention.
