Go 92.5 FM is an FM radio station in Mumbai, India. The station plays Hindi and English music. It is operated by the owners of Midday, the city's popular afternoon newspaper. Go 92.5 FM was earlier known as Radio Midday. In 2002, the station was relaunched as an English music station. However, it switched over to 50% Hindi music to boost its revenues. But very recently it has switched to only hindi songs to attract a large number of listeners because with the english songs and english commentary it could attract only the youth listening to english songs and not the other public.One of the most popular shows on this station is "Good Morning Mumbai" which runs on weekdays from 7 am to 11 am. This show is the subject of the majority of the posts on the message board of the station's website. Good Morning Mumbai is a show hosted by RJ Jaggu (nickname) and RJ Tarana and usually are pretty enthusiastic about RJing! Tarana is also a well know TV -Actress and has worked in shows like Lo-KAL lo baat on SAB, hosted ZEE CINE Awards etc The Mid-day Show is a show hosted by RJ Shruti who would play songs on request. She is famous for the competition "Tol Mol ke Bol" which is basically guessing the total prices of daily used household materials. For example, total cost of 2 Parle G 100g biscuit, 1 Marie Gold 100g etc. One specific thing about shruti is that she combines hindi and english throughout her show and has a different crispy voice.
College Radio is hosted by RJ Nadir who would play songs on request between 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Horn OK Please is a show hosted by RJ Sangram who is one of the very few RJs on GO FM who speak good hindi. He keeps the evening traffic jammed people busy with her show!
