Grab is an application by Apple Computer used to make screenshots of the user's computer. It supports captureing a marquee section, whole window, whole screen and timed screen. Grab is found in /Applications/Utilities/Grab.app. Grab is also available via Mac OS X's services menu, however all the selection features are grayed out, and have been since version 10.0. As of Mac OS X v10.4, Preview now has a Grab submenu in the File menu, with selection, window and timed screen.
