His Royal Highness Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, Henri Albért Gabriel Félix Marie Guillaume (born April 6, 1955) is the hereditary ruler of Luxembourg. Born at Betzdorf, he is the son of Grand Duke Jean and his wife, Joséphine-Charlotte of Belgium.
On February 14, 1981, in Luxembourg, he married Maria Teresa Mestre (born March 22, 1956 in Havana, Cuba, the daughter of Don José Antonio Mestre y Alzarez-Tabio and his wife, formerly María Teresa Batista y Falla).
Henri's full title is: His Royal Highness Henri, by the Grace of God, GrandDuke of Luxembourg, Duke of Nassau, Prince of Bourbon of Parma, Count Palatine of the Rhine, Count of Sayn, Königstein, Katzenelnbogen and Diez, Burgrave of Hammerstein, Lord of Mahlberg, Wiesbaden, Idstein, Merenberg, Limburg and Eppstein.
GrandDukeHenri is a member of the International Olympic Committee, a member of The Mentor Foundation (established by the World Health Organisation) and a Director of the Charles Darwin Foundation for the Galapagos Islands.
The Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg (House of Nassau-Weilburg, agnatically the House of Bourbon) consists of the extended family of the sovereign GrandDuke.
The male-line descendants of HRH Grand Duchess Charlotte hold the titles Prince(ss) of Luxembourg, Prince(ss) of Nassau, and Prince(ss) of Parma (from her husband, Prince Felix of Bourbon of Parma) with the style of His/Her Royal Highness (coming from their status as Prince(sse)s of Parma).
