The Grange Industrial Estate is an area of warehousing and employment in Warrington, England. It has a large Safeway warehouse and a large bank vault of the former Midland Bank.


The Estate borders the suburb of Woolston.


The estate was created in its present location to its close proximity to the M6 , M62 and M56 motorway networks.


It also borders Woolston Park and is close to the suburbs of Longbarn and Birchwood.

Woolston - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (658 words)
The largest by far is the "Grange" this is an area of modern warehousing and light manufacturing built next to the M6 motorway.
There is also an industrial estate to the south called the "New Cut industrial estate", this features a large wire works (Capper Neils) and several small offices and small holdings.
There is also a road running from the motorway past the Grange to Birchwood and Longbarn: two areas built during the New Town initiative.
