Grangetown is an area in Cardiff, Wales. It is one of the largest areas in the city and has a large population of Somali and Mixed Race and Asian residents, with the river Taff winding its way through the area. It is the heart of southern Cardiff and is bordered by Riverside, Canton and Butetown. Grangetown is a diverse and multicultural district with significant Afro-Caribbean and Asian population groups.
