History

Road blockage occurred on this highway SW of Amalias (on the 79th or 80th kilometer featuring the Dounaiika-Amalias Junction 20 km NW of Pyrgos). Tractors were calling a strike for demanding more money. Tractors lined up enough to paralyze the entire traffic between Achaea and the southern Peloponnese. One tractor read Théloume ta lephtá mas, we demand money. There were about 50 tractors and about a 100 protestors all over the western Peloponnese. It lasted between 2 and three days.
