Grey Cloud Island Township is a township located in Washington County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 307.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 10.0 km² (3.9 mi²). 8.1 km² (3.1 mi²) of it is land and 1.9 km² (0.7 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 18.91% water.

As of the census² of 2000, there are 307 people, 117 households, and 76 families residing in the township. The population density is 37.9/km² (98.2/mi²). There are 123 housing units at an average density of 15.2/km² (39.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 97.39% White, 0.33% African American, 0.33% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.98% from other races, and 0.98% from two or more races. 1.63% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
