There were 2,504 housing units at an average density of 903.6/km² (2,339.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 97.18% White, 0.79% African American, 0.07% Native American, 1.04% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.30% from other races, and 0.60% from two or more races.
