Guangfuhui was an organization established by the Republic of China after the communist takeover on the mainland with the purpose of "restoring the light on Mainland China". The organization was dissolved in June 1990. In der Tongmenghui entstand ein enges Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl zwischen den aus Zhejiang stammenden Studenten.
Dieses überreichte sie Cai Yuanpei, dem Anführer der Bewegung in Shanghai, der auch seine Zustimmung gab.
