Gunpo is located in a very small area and it is easy to overlook the fact that stations such as Sanbon Station are not located in Anyang, which is only three stops away.

It would be difficult to find many similarities between Grant County and Gunpo City, which is located about 20 miles south of the capital and largest city, Seoul, from looking at the vital statistics of each.
Gunpo boasts a population of about 270,000, and many of those people live in tall apartment complexes dotted throughout town.
Whether it was members of the Gunpo City cooperation team arranging visits or a stranger in a supermarket helping me with a locker for my goods, Korean society seems, from an outsider's point of view, to be based on people helping people.
