Hemorrhage (alternate spelling is Haemorrhage) is the medical term meaning bleeding.


It is usually used to describe internal bleeding, for example, cerebral hemorrhage, which can have serious complications if left untreated. Nevertheless, the term itself is general to all bleeding.
