Hammerheart Fresh Blood Review at Heavy Metal Portal www.1heavymetal.com (239 words)
Hammerheart is based out Slovakia and have been together in one form or another since 1994.
Hammerheart has no symphonic metal passages which are to the point of inhibiting many bands throughout Europe.
Perhaps one of the larger metal labels in the United States or Europe will take the opportunity to actually sign a band this band from Slovakia and further open the borders to other eastern European metal bands that are still hidden behind the Iron Curtain.
Bathory - Satan Stole My Teddybear (3754 words)
Hammerheart stands alone in a field of hundreds of extreme metal releases, a truly innovative and powerful release.
However, Hammerheart's two best tracks "One Rode to Asa Bay" and "Shores in Flames" are both included as well as "Call From the Grave" from Under the Sign of the Black Mark (it's not referring to Bathory's current record label).
While fans of Hammerheart will not necessarily be dropping to their knees in reverent worship, they'll at least be putting the CD player to use.
