Harry Stewart New (18581937) was a U.S. journalist and political figure. He served as the chairman of the Republican National Committee between 1907 and 1908. He served as the Postmaster General from 1923 to 1929. Before that, he served as U.S. Senator from Indiana from 1917 until 1922.
