Lois asks him if he's learned a valuable lesson from his experience, but he replies with "Nope". This article is about the fat. ...

Meanwhile, Stewie's girth increaces at a dramatic rate when he starts overeating to spite Chris. His weight gain is quite obvious and his belly's size seems to get larger and wider, to a point where his fat belly is about 1 1/2ft wide in diameter. Every time he's seen, he seems to be fatter than last time, which means that during the parts where he isn't present, he's eating an overabundance of fatty food. He somehow lost all of his newly gained fat at the end of the episode, possibly due to having liposuction while Peter was shown to be normal (supposedly).
