Helvete was the record store owned by the late Øystein Aarseth (Euryonomus). Helvete is Norwegian for hell. The record store was has however closed only months before his own murder in 1993. His record label, Deathlike Silence Productions, was located in the basement beneath Helvete, where spraypaint on the wall still reads 'Black Metal'.
The location of Helvete is currently a restaurant/café called 'Tanta til Beate'.
