Highway 37 is a very short highway (the total length is six-tenths of a mile) in northwest Arkansas. The only town on the route, Gateway, is also the southern terminus (at U.S. Highway 62). The northern terminus is at the Missouri state line where the road continues as Missouri Highway 37. This road was originally Arkansas Highway 47 and renumbered to match the Missouri designation.
