Highway 518 is a provincial secondary highway in the Canadian province of Ontario. Highway 518 spans 79 kilometers from its' western and eastern termini. It serves as one of the many links between Ontario provincial highway 400 and Ontario provincial highway 11. Its' route passes through the communities of Orrville, Bear Lake, Sprucedale, Elmsdale, and Kearney. The easternmost section of SH-518 was downloaded to the local government.
