The Honda Goldwing motorcycle debuted in 1975 as a 1000cc flat four cylinder. Front dual and single rear disc brakes were luxurious features at the time. Riders soon began adding fairings and luggage to turn these bikes into touring bikes. Subsequent years saw Honda make bigger versions that came with fairings and luggage installed at the factory.
