Sirius' Canadian operation does not currently carry Stern. Despite popular perception that Stern's broadcast on Sirius Canada was banned by the CRTC, this is not the case — Sirius Canada, in fact, chose not to air Stern because of the possibility of a future issue with the CRTC.
