Howard Morrison (born 18 August1935, New Zealand) is a New Zealand Māori entertainer, who first came to prominence singing as a member of the Howard Morrison Quartet.
Morrison was knighted in the late 1980s for his services to entertainment, becoming Sir Howard. He is the uncle of movie actor Temuera Morrison.

Morrison was born as Chloe Anthony Wofford on February 18, 1931 in Lorain, Ohio.
Morrison's father, George Wofford, a welder by trade, told her numerous folktales of the fl community (a method of storytelling that would later work its way into Morrison's writings).
