From the ashes of the political ska punk band Choking Victim, came two bands. These bands were Leftover Crack as well as INDK with EZRA splitting time between both of the bands.

INDK`s debut album, "Kill Whitey!", is proclaimed to have blazed what Choking Victim left behind but having their songs be more heavier as well as catchier. This is strictly fan based opinions.

INDK was a short lived band that broke up while recording their debut album which came out on Go Kart Records. They also released a 7" called 'In Decay' which featured songs not on the album.
