William Braunstein (born 1972), better known as Ill Bill is a politically minded MC from Brooklyn, New York. He is also a producer, and the man behind Uncle Howie Records. He was the main voice behind the now disbanded Non Phixion, is currently involved with La Coka Nostra (Everlast, Slaine, Big Left, Danny Boy and DJ Lethal) and in 2004 released his debut solo album entitled "Whats Wrong with Bill?" through his brother Necro's Psycho+Logical Records.
