In reality, virtually the entire White population of Europe is indigenous, in the sense of being 'native' to Europe. An example would be that the Scots are the indigenous people of Scotland, the Italians of Italy, and so on. Subsequently, only recent immigrants of non-European ethnicity or descent should be placed outside of the category, in spite of modern politicised interpretations of how 'indigenous' ought to be defined.
