The band's first album, The Lost. The Sick. The Sacred., was originally to be released in October 2006. However, after the band announced that lead vocalist Andy Levy had left for unexplained reasons, Inhale Exhale went back into the studio to re-record the album with their new lead vocalist, Ryland Raus. Recently, Bobby Poole II and the band split ways. The band, though, is continuing on touring, and the departure of their drummer hasn't stopped them. Before Poole had joined, Brian Pittman had asked some of his friends who were drummers to join the band, so it was possible Pittman may have had to do this again. In any case, it was announced on MySpace by the band in June 2007 that Chris "Tank" Murk was the band's new drummer. Murk was the former drummer for the band Last Tuesday.


At Cornerstone Festival 2007, Ryland Raus said that their new CD would be out in January of 2008. The title of the CD was not revealed.
