A manual of style is also called a style guide; see that article for an account of manuals of style generally.
Wikipedia has its own manual of style; see Wikipedia:Manual of Style.

An instructionmanual, in the context of computer and video games, is a booklet that instructs the player on how to play the game, gives descriptions of the controls and their effects, and shows a general outline of the concepts and goals of the game.
Manuals can be very large, such as the hundreds of pages for Civilization II, or very small, such as the single sheet of double sided A5 paper included with Half-Life 2.
MDK's manual is presented as the diary of Professor Hawkins.
This is a collaborative project, which requires you to work with a group to write an instructionmanual, come up with a topic, write it, and present/ demonstrate it to the class.
By this, I mean an instructionmanual should not be readily available for the topic and specific focus that you choose.
Instructionmanuals do not need to be laminated by this date, but they should be complete in other aspects.
