(IOCC), based in Baltimore, Maryland, was established in March 1992 as the official international humanitarian organization of the Standing Conference of the Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas (SCOBA). Since its inception, IOCC has distributed more than US $226 million in relief and development programs in 30 countries. IOCC does not provide funds for Church missions such as religious education or missionary work.
