Interstate 469 (abbreviated I-469) is an interstate highway in the midwestern United States. It is a bypass of parent Interstate 69 that includes U.S. Highways 30, 33 and 24 around the urban parts of Fort Wayne, Indiana. In 2004, a successful movement took place to rename all thiry-one miles of the highway in honor of the late President Ronald Reagan. Interstate 469 bypasses Indiana's second largest city, Fort Wayne, from south of the city to north of the city intersecting only with Interstate 69 at both ends.
Interstate 469 draws to a close at the transition to the surface Lafayette Center Road.
The northern terminus of Interstate 469 and beginning of a six mile overlap with U.S. 30 is one mile to the south at Exit 115.

The forthcoming cloverleaf interchange represents the western terminus of Interstate 26 (as of Summer 2003) and southern terminus of Interstate 181 (Kingsport spur).
Coinciding with the opening of this new stretch of freeway was the redesignation of the southern half of Interstate 181 and all of the U.S. 23 freeway between Johnson City and Asheville as Interstate 26.
A similar proposal to renumber Interstate 181 as Interstate 126 during June of 2003 was rejected by AASHTO officials.
