Interstate 805 is a three-digit interstate route in southern California. I-805, also known as the Jacob Dekema Freeway or simply, the 805, serves the San Diego metropolitan area and acts as an alternate loop route of Interstate 5. The northern terminus is just north of the San Diego city limits not far from United States Marine Corps Air Station Miramar; the southern terminus rejoins I-5 just north of the town of San Ysidro north of the U.S.-Mexico border.
