Ishenbai Duyshonbiyevich Kadyrbekov (Ишенбай Дүйшөнбиевич Кадырбеков) (1949 – ) is the parliament speaker and the interim Minister for Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan. He was first considered for president after a revolution ousted former president Askar Akayev on March 24, 2005, but Kurmanbek Bakiyev took the power and gave the portfolio to Kadyrbekov.
