Jack Landors (played by Brandon Jay McLaren) is the Red SPD Ranger. Jack joined the SPD team along with Elizabeth "Z" Delgado, and took over as leader, to the ire of Schuyler "Sky" Tate. He possesses the genetic power to pass through solid objects, because he de-moleculizes himself, although he can only use this power while unmorphed. Elizabeth Z Delgado is a fictional character and hero in the Power Rangers universe, appearing as the Yellow Ranger in the television series Power Rangers: SPD. Jack is the second African-American Red Ranger, and the first since T.J. occupied the position in 1997's Power Rangers: Turbo.
Jack had never heard this from Z before and he listened as Z told them that when she was twelve, her classmates called her names.
Jack did not care and told her that it was important assignment and that her birthday was not a good enough excuse.
Jack and his friends were happy to have another Ranger on their team, but that soon turned sour as Omega Ranger told them that only he could defeat Morgana and her goons and went on to tell them that their equipment was outdated.
